The venue rental fee is $4,000 for up to 125 guests (including the bridal party) and includes the following:

• Setup, tear-down and clean-up 
• Bridesmaid Suite
• Groom's Suite 
• 3 toilet facilities for guests
• 30' X 60' Tent with Leg Drapes 
• Two hour rehearsal week of wedding 
• Cedar Bar/Cocktail area with additional water feature
• 8 (6ft) rectangular tables for food, cake, gift, and 1 (4ft) rectangular table for the DJ
• 19 (5ft) round tables and white wedding chairs to seat 150 people 
• Wireless microphone for the ceremony 
• Bon fire pit with seating and firewood is provided 
• Gorgeous arch and bridge to have ceremony on 
• 2 Wine Barrels
• Parking Attendants
